We seek a clinically Experienced Registered Nurse who also has supervisory/management experience in or out of the clinical setting.  This is a Full-time position supervising our system of Residential Group Homes throughout Brooklyn

The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Brooklyn nursing staff.  Each  of the RN's to be supervised covers a system of 2-3 group homes in Brooklyn.   This is an increasingly autonomous role.  You will participate in RN supervisor & department meetings. When nursing staff are on vacation or when vacancies occur the RN Supervisor also covers the assessment, planning and implementation of medical care for individual consumers, and provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems.   Additionally, responsible for training/mentoring the nursing staff and participate in the hiring process of new nursing staff.

* NYS RN license Required
*3 years Med/Surge experience Preferred; 2+ years RN experience Required

* Supervisory/Management Experience Required
in or out of a clinical setting; Prefer
RN's with OPWDD experience and knowledge
* Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population preferred

* Full Time, Flexible - Day Hours, Mon - Fri
